Summer Reading Program Winners
Jala Brock, 10; Pilar Vergara, 9; and Josh Vergara, 6; are the winners of the Summer Reading Program hosted by the Jamestown Professional Firefighters Local 1772 and Joint Neighborhood Project. Once a week, a fireman came to the Joint Neighborhood Project to read to children and asked them to take time during the summer for a reading challenge. Sponsors included Joint Neighborhood Project, Wendy's, Burger King, Country Woods and Embroidered Designs by Deb.
